Before your first booking, we offer a complimentary, relaxed Meet & Greet at your home, scheduled at a time that suits you. This visit allows us to get to know your pet, their routine, and any special needs. It’s also your chance to ask questions and ensure we’re the perfect fit.
By the end, your pet will feel comfortable, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. This visit is completely optional and can be arranged with a quick phone call.

🏡 In-House Visits
This service is perfect for busy professionals who work long hours, people/ familys who are away on vacation and want to leave their pet, however they dont require 24/7 care, or anyone who is not home for long periods of time.
This service includes a personalized in house visit where we check up on your pet, let them outside, refill water, cuddles and playtime, yard patrol, feeding and medication (if required) and photo updates.
20-Minute In-House Visit – $35
Ideal for feeding, toilet breaks, medication, and a quick play or cuddle.
30-Minute In-House Visit – $45
Extra time for play, enrichment, or multiple pets.
45-Minute In-House Visit – $60
Great for energetic pets or those needing more attention.
60-Minute In-House Visit – $70
Best for high-energy pets, puppies, or senior care.

🚶♀️Dog walks
Available for a separate service or in a package (see below).
This service includes a private walk around your local neighbourhood at a time that works best for you and you pet.

🌙Overnight stay
Your pet stays comfortable at home with overnight supervision.
Overnight Stay (6:00pm – 8:00am) – $130 per night
Includes:
• Evening routine & feeding
• Morning routine & walk

• Home security presence (lights, bins, general check-ins)
Optional Day Visit: $35 (20 minutes)
